Applies to EZIC series of motorized cameras,

Make sure that they are on the latest firmware version, Version 1543 is newest version for 2 mega pixel cameras as of 7/8/2014, you may download it from: http://www.versiton.com/downloads/camera/1549.zip

Please follow the firmware update procedure:
1. Use MDLoad tool to find the IP camera locally

2. Log into camera via Internet Explorer with local IP Address

3. Click on "Setup"

4. Click on "System"

5. Click on "Maintenance"

6. Click on "CHANGE" on Enable Firmware Upgrade

7. After it restarts, follow steps 1-5,  Click on Browse and choose the upgrade file
